Fit true to size…I love the Florida with the 3 thin straps…less chunky than the Arizona. This sandal is light brown/taupe/grey and is leather, which lasts better than the synthetic material offered in some styles.They can feel like walking on a mountain for the first few days but the cork molds to your foot providing ultimate arch support. Worth the money if you have feet problems.I love my Birks and these are no exception!Some friends and a few family members have been telling me for years about how comfortable Birkenstock sandals are. I never liked the look of them, so I was slow to buy. Then I saw the ‘Florida’ style and thought they were nicer looking than the traditional Birkenstock sandals. They were also more reasonably priced from this seller. I am pleased with my purchase and my Florida birks are some of the most comfortable sandals I have ever tried. Yep, my friends and family were so right.Excellent support if you have ever had plantar fasciitis!The leather is stiff and I got blisters the first time I wore these. Once they're broken in they're great!They're Birks. Enough said.I love BirkenstocksLove them. So much more comfortable than normal birkenstocks.Really happy with the product and good service.Ordered these Birkenstocks because I am suffering from Plantar Faciitis. I have a very high arch.I find that this style isn't as 'harsh' as the two thick straps.Is it the perfect fit??I was a little concerned that my 7 foot would be okay in a 6.5 .... but I went with the site's measurement guide. It is the 'perfect' fit, ...like no room to breath.BUT I've worn them for two weekends now and am starting to see that the stretch and 'molding' is starting and, all will be perfect. Last time I bought this style (probably in a 7... ) I had to get an extra hole punched in for 2 if not all 3 straps to tighten things up ....(10 years ago... just saying :- )This time, I started at the second to last hole on all 3 straps and am waiting to tighten up to the last hole. Makes more sense ;) (They aren't tight though, I'm actually hoping the last hole will snug things up some ;))Go for it :)Ich trage seit mehr als 40 Jahren Birkenstock Sandalen, immer in der "breiten" Variante. Ich war zunächst froh, diese Schuhe zu einem angemessenen Preis gefunden zu haben.Leider jedoch sind diese Sandalen mitnichten in der gewohnten Breite, sondern erheblich schmäler. Das Foto zeigt den Unterschied zu meinen alten Birkenstocks. Somit für mich nicht tragbar. Sehr schade. Warum der Schuh so falsch gekennzeichnet ist, entzieht sich meinem Verständnis.Schuhe gehen leider zurück.
