I needed a size 37 but their sizing only allowed me to select a size 7. They sent me a 39 way too large! The Sandal and color itself are great I’ve owned many pairs.I initially bought a size up based on reviews. I returned them, ordered my usual size and they fit perfect. The larger size was too big in my heel area. It did not grip my foot well. I suppose fit depends on each individual foot. Since my arches fell and I formed a baby bunion on my left foot (my left foot already being slightly larger then my right), I've been ordering a 6 1/2 in shoes, where I used to be a solid 6M. So, I was a bit surprised that the sandals in a size 6 fit perfectly for me based on others reviews. I LOVE these sandals and will collect a couple more colors in time. I get a lot of comments on this color, Silver Nairobi. They are very classy, look like a quality product, and are quite lovely. This color is also versatile and can be dressed up or down. I wouldn't mind a tad more arch support, as I have very high arches, but am overall very pleased that I can wear a sandal again. They do not irritate my baby bunion at all. These suit me just fine.Well I'm sold. I've had these a few weeks and get compliments all the time. I have flat feet so I'm prone to tendonitis in my foot when I wear ordinary flip flops. I bought these hoping they'd alleviate my foot pains. These are very comfy right out of the box, and quite feminine as well. People are constantly asking me what brand they are. My only complaint is that because these fit so well, and there is such perfect contact between the bottom of the foot and the foot bed, I seem to feel every particle that gets in there (dirt, grass left, tiny rock, etc). However, that's a small price to pay for such a great sandal. And best of all, my foot pain is gone!Very comfortable. I usually go with the Birkenstock’s but have a pair of Mephisto boots from long ago and figured I would try these. To me they are comparable to the Birkenstock’s in comfort and they come in nice styles and colors. Don’t think you would be disappointed.These sandals are not as wide as my older pair but I am wearing them and liking the trimmed down width. I have 4 pair of these sandals in different colors and the support is amazing for sandals. I usually wear the sandals inside for a couple of weeks to break in the leather, it is not rigid but my feet are sensitive and I do need to slowly break them in unless they are Nubuck. I love the color as it is just not plain white and catches attention. They are definitely worth the price for feet that need support.These sandals are beautiful. Sadly for me, I mistakenly ordered a size too small, so am returning them. I have worn this exact Helen variety for years, but the unfortunate addition to my life in the form of large bunions, has made ordering shoes online risky.Again, i have purchased a number of these sandals in a lot of the colors. The color shown on the web site are exactly what i expected! They fit perfect...this is unusual for me as i have always had a difficult time finding shoes that fit and i could wear all day without them hurting! Highly recommendThese shoes receive many compliments whenever I wear them but I can only wear them a short amount of time.
