Nice book. Smaller than expected ( but that’s my own fault for not reading the desc) very nice quality for the book the lock should be replaced if you need security. Other than that perfect for any usePerfect journal with lock for a six year old who loves zelda. It has an aged look to it that us very cool. Some if tge gluing inside the covers us a bit unfunished, but overall it us very sturdy and just cool lookingIt does come with a free lock & keys, and it looks as advertised. The first few pages were a bit messy, but nothing serious. Just a few marks. The lock is fine, but is practically useless. Sure it'll keep the book closed, but not from any smart people who wanna look inside. In the second photo I could easily see inside by stretching the pages. I do recommend it, but not if you want a secure book.NothingI thought this diary had lines on the paper.I have a hard time writing on unlined paper. I am debating if I am going to keep this as a spare or just order another one with lines.This is by far my most favorite purchase! I love the intricate patterns and the beautifully woven leather! I have a pilot pen that glides effortlessly over the surface of the paper; it's a fantastic journal! Of course, you should be careful with the book's hinge, as it's quite delicate.I've threaded a ribbon through one of the eyelets on the spine of the journal to secure my keys. I think it looks fantastic, and I'm very pleased with this product.Jjust what my daughter wanted for her vacation tripsIt's pretty but it's kinda small. I was disappointed. It was bought as a gift.
